Open House Drafting is a San Francisco-based firm that OHD employs an innovative data collection/drafting methodology to quickly and easily produce accurate floor plans. We quickly and quietly create the plans on-site to provide you with inexpensive and timely drawings.
Chris Danigelis
After completing post-graduate engineering studies in Atlanta, Chris worked in the manufacturing tech sector there for several years. The allure of California’s great outdoors and the desire to spend more time with his two brothers on the west coast brought him to the Bay Area in 2003.
Open House Drafting was founded in 2009 and has developed plans for over 8,000 properties to date.
